This notice covers the website tomoware.com. The Okaeri app has its own privacy policy, which will be published here before the app is released.

What happens when you visit

This site is delivered through Cloudflare. To deliver a page and to block attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page you requested and your browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in running the site securely and reliably.

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. It runs without JavaScript.

If you write to us

If you send us an email, we use your address and your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the message once the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
